Terms of Service
** By commissioning me you are agreeing to my TOS **- I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason, I may give you a reason but I am not required.- There will be a deposit of half the total price once everything has been sorted out, the final commission will be given after i receive the second half (I will send you a heavily watermarked and slightly blurred version of the drawing, once final payment has gone through i will send the better quality drawing).- I will send a sketch within 1-3 days of receiving the deposit, have lineart to you in 1-3 days (from receiving the sketch), and have the finished piece to you in 3-4 days (may vary due to life situations).- I will explicitly say when the point is where I cannot make adjustments on the lineart, this will occur after i get approval of the lineart, if you ask for any adjustment needing 10+ minutes of work, there will be a $5 convenience fee.- After you are given this piece please to keep it to personal use. I do not allow reselling of any kind, or making it an NFT in it's entirety and if you wish to use it for advisements, we can discuss that payment.- If you are truly dissatisfied with the final piece, let me know and I will try and fix it till you are satisfied, however if it's still not how you envisioned, I can only give a partial refund of 50% of the commission value.- Tips are not expected or required but they are appreciated!- If you read all of this, add in your message "hello business cat" for a secret discount
What I need to know
- I would appreciate early on into the discussion portion of the commission that you inform me of any rush (1 day or less for lineart, 2 days or less for flat colors, and three days or less) there will be a 30% fee for rushed orders.- I can work off a description of a character, but any and all reference photos would be helpful.- Let me know payment method so I can watch for where the deposit will come from. I will ask if not mentioned!
